Kreagraphy’s website
Our website is developed with Joomla software. The personal data that you make available to us on our website will be shared with this party. Joomla has access to your data for technical use, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Joomla is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have concluded with them. Joomla uses cookies to collect technical information related to your use of the software, no personal data is collected or stored.
Email and mailing lists
Our website uses MailChimp, a third party that handles our website’s email traffic and newsletter delivery. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via MailChimp’s servers. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email that is automatically sent through our website, you will see an ‘unsubscribe’ link. If you click on this, you will stop receiving emails from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! MailChimp stores your personal data securely. MailChimp uses cookies and other Internet technologies that provide information about whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share information with third parties in this context.
Vimexx
We use Vimexx services through our web hosting for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as far as possible. Vimexx does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
payment processors mollie, iDeal
We use the Mollie platform to handle (part of) payments on our website. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details, such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymous) data with third parties in this context. All of the aforementioned guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie’s services for which they contract with third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than is permitted by law.
Shipping and logistics PostNL
When you place an order with us, our job is to send your package to you. We use the services of PostNL to make deliveries. Therefore, it is necessary for us to share your name, address and residence details with PostNL. PostNL only uses this information for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.
